The reservation becomes effective only after written confirmation from the company and, if applicable, payment of the deposit.
The confirmation will include: vehicle type, rental period, rental amount, any deposit, and specific conditions.

4. Customer Requirements
Minimum age: 18 years
Valid driving license for the category of the rented vehicle (scooter/motorcycle only)

5. Vehicle Delivery and Return
Vehicles are delivered in good working order and with mandatory equipment (helmet, if applicable).
The customer is required to return the vehicle in the same condition and by the agreed-upon date/time.
Any damage, delay, or loss will be charged as communicated at the time of confirmation.

6. Insurance and Liability
All motor vehicles are covered by mandatory third-party liability insurance.
The customer is responsible for any damage not covered by the policy or within the applicable deductible.
The customer is responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties resulting from the use of the vehicle during the rental period.

7. Deposit
A deposit (cash or card) may be required upon collection. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period if there are no damages or irregularities.
